ARRIVAL: Tuesday July 5, 2011
Charter buses will leave Airport for the hotel
at the top of every hour from 9:00am - 6:00pm
$52.00/person from O'Hare and $95.00/person
from Midway (includes all taxes, fees and gratuities)
[Alternative taxis run $80+ from O'Hare, $110+ from Midway, not including tax/tip]
DEPARTURE: Sunday July 10, 2011
Charter buses will leave for Airport from the
hotel at the top of every hour from at 4:00am - 12:00pm
$37.00/person to O'Hare and
$70.00/person to Midway (includes all taxes, fees and gratuities)
[Alternative taxis run $80+ to O'Hare, $110+ to Midway, not including tax/tip]
Charter buses (or taxis, depending on volume) will leave for Airport from the
hotel following the Satellite Symposium
$45.00/person to O'Hare and
$85.00/person to Midway (includes all taxes, fees and gratuities)
[Alternative taxis run $80+ to O'Hare, $110+ to Midway, not including tax/tip]
Please leave the resort at least 2 hours and 15 minutes before your flight for O'Hare / 3 hours for Midway
ALTERNATE DEPARTURE (for ICRS2011 Satellite attendees staying the night): Monday July 11, 2011
Charter buses (or taxis, depending on volume) will leave for Airport as requested for Delegates staying on until July 11.

Fill in all of the requested information. Be careful to make sure your email address is correctly typed.
Step #3
Within 3 days of receiving your information, Midwest Transit Systems will
send you a confirmation with
all the information you will need on what to do at the
airport and at the hotel.
